The first time I went to Australia and journeyed underwater at the Great Barrier Reef, I thought to myself that Walt Disney was playing a joke on me and that I was at Disneyland or something. It was so incredible that I was awe-stuck. Of course, it was my first time underwater with the big fishes, all that colorful coral, thousands of fish coming at me, and giant clams which I have to say gave me a start more than the big fish. I just couldn’t believe it was real and I didn’t want to leave. Luckily, I was able to return a year later and experience it again and it still astounded me! Put Australia and the Great Barrier Reef at the top of your once in a lifetime experience ‘bucket list’, it shouldn’t be missed by anyone!
