Cave Diving – Allows the Diver to Venture into Unexplored Territory

Cave Diving is one of the most challenging types of diving one can pursue, and is considered technical diving due to a deficit of free surface during extended periods of the dive and also involves decompression. Even with the risk, cave diving draws in scuba divers and cavers because of the possibility of unexplored territory in a cave, and the fact that it is a challenge. Exceptional facts–underwater caves contain plant materials not found anywhere else on earth. It is essential that you be an advanced open water diver and enroll in a cavern diving/cave diving course and achieve certification before venturing into caves. PADI offers advanced open water cavern diving courses. http://www.padi.com/scuba/padi-courses/diver-level-courses/view-all-padi-courses/cavern-diver/default.aspx
